Fittings Explained
Fittings are the ends of the bulb which connect to the light sockets. The UK has traditionally had bayonet connections which twist into place with two prongs on the side. Much of the rest of the world uses screw fittings known as Edison Screw. We would guess that every household has a combination of these and variants of these. What is more confusing is that each fitting may have more than one name.
We have catered to the most common fittings in order to provide straight swap bulbs. There are many others we can also supply - ask us if you cannot find yours listed sales@led-direct.im .
