In these terms 'LED-Direct' means Live and Work Limited a company registered under the laws of Isle of Man under company registration number 117962C and whose registered office is at 24 Loch Promenade, Douglas Isle of Man IM1 2LX 'you' means the person (being an individual, firm or corporation) set out in the order confirmation 'charge' means the charge(s) payable by you as set out in the order confirmation 'product' or ‘products’ means the light bulbs or other items set out in the order confirmation. The order confirmation, invoice and the terms herein contain all the terms of the agreement between you and LED-Direct. LED-Direct reserves the right to update any of the terms at any time. The contract between you and LED-Direct and the use of LED-Direct websites is governed by, and is to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Isle of Man. By using the web site you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Isle of Man. The headings in the terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

Limitation of Liability

Except as specifically stated on this site, neither LED-Direct  nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or supply of  Products. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

The display of goods on the LED-Direct site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and LED-Direct unless, and until, an email is sent by LED-Direct to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by LED-Direct of your offer to buy goods or services from LED-Direct and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

LED-Direct are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Payment Processing and Shipping

Credit cards are debited before items are shipped by LED-Direct.  If payment is to be made by bank transfer cleared funds must be received in the bank account of LED-Direct  prior to the shipment of any products.

  Financial Details (Credit Card Number, expiry date etc) are used to process your payment.
